Found silver

Coinseeker 78

Found these two items today hunting an old Mason lodge property. The Quarter was found with the Explorer with a 8X6 SEF coil. The button was found with another detector. Thanks for looking.

No,there is no manufacturer make on the back. However much confederate horse buckles and buckle covers have been found there because there was an old blacksmith shop very near where we detected.

The button is a Union Staff officer button. The back has two rows of concentric marks and look identical to an Internet photo. There is excellent detail and gold gild is like new.

Thanks Bryce. I use the 6X8 most of the time since I usually hunt junk filled places. I have a 10X12 for larger places with less junk.
