Found my oldest coin today

near an old stone foundation in the woods. 1735 King Georgius II half penny. Was able to see the date until I cleaned the dirt off. The coin isn't worth anything but it's fun to find those oldies. Was tough searching, iron junk signals everywhere. The ID Edge is really doing a terrific job, found the coin with the 10" coil. This foundation was searched by others in the past, but I might go back with the 6" coil.

Congratulations! and yes hit that site with the 6" coil!

Coin was about 5" deep and about 6" from a tree.
