Found my first ring with Cibola

Found my first ring today with my Cibola. It was junk, but it was still a ring. It had a ruby with small diamonds circling it. Of course they were czs. Also found an old referee's whistle & an old chinese coin & clad. Fun day altogether.

Way to go!

I just recently found a 24" 15 gram white gold chain stamp "Italy 14k". It turned out to be a fake.

I felt really good there for a while.

Who told you it was fake? some of the best and older stuff is from Italy and ifs its marked 14k on it.Unless somebody is doing knock offs.

I just found a marking that I thought said "focal or local" and thought it was fake. Another poster found a cross and said it was 10 cal- which was calibrated at 14k!

I found my first ring with my cibola also it was a 14 k wedding band in a soccer field keep at it

Nice finding that first ring. Even better when it is gold.
You did say something that brought up a question for me....
You said it was red like a ruby and a cz....
I am not sure cz'z are colored ruby color....I thought that cz'z were a man made imitation of diamonds...
There are many imitation stones....and there is also glass...but it brings up the question of why you thing it is a cz ?

Sorry about the confusion. It had a fake ruby & fake diamonds or cz's.
