Found My First Pocket Watch

Well, went back to the park where i found the walking liberty. was hunting around the walking path that i spied in the aerial photo and got a nice signal. dug it and out comes the pocketwatch. ill try to get the case open to see if i can date it.

Your Pocket watch looks fried , but it's gotta B A great feeling digging up that kinda stuff Here's a pic of my first pocket watch and only one I have found , only gold filled, but it is allways exciting. Nice find

wow, like the looks of yours - that must have got your heart going! mine turned out to be a dollar variety of the Ingersoll. Dates to early 1900s. always nice to get dated items from a location.
