Found my first old beer bottle today....

I was headed to work today, and had an extra five minutes. Since we had received some rain overnight, I decided to check the ground conditions at the park I've been searching with my CZ. I noticed a little spot of freshly-turned over dirt. I immediately stopped to investigate. Fresh dirt, rain the night before, perfect marble hunting, or so I thought. I didn't get any marbles in the few minutes I had, but did spot quite a bit of potsherds, a non-descript brown glass bottle, a milk-glass cold cream jar, and this beer bottle:

At first, in the brief chance I had to look at it, I thought I had an Anheiser-Busch beer bottle, and had what I saw as a location of "Troy, Mich". After I got home, and washed the dirt off it, I realized it was actually "American Brew Co." from Detroit, Mich. The logo is extremely similar to Anheiser-Busch's logo, with an eagle over a shield containing the letter "A", which is why I first thought it was an AB beer bottle. Here's a close up of the logo:

I did a quickie google search and found out the company produced beer bottles at two times under that name, before Prohibition, and after, ending in 1939. I'm not sure which era this bottle hails from. Anybody out there have an idea? Also, would you have a basic estimate on value? I'm not planning on selling it, but would like to know.

Note: the picture(s) might not show up due to bandwidth limitations. If the picture(s) are not there, check back at a later time.
