Found my first Euro today

I was wondering a week or so why i had never found a Euro. They are pretty widely circulated now and should have showed up. Today I found a 1 Euro in a school tot lot. Also found my 16th dollar coin right next to it. Hit a couple of schools and found three cheap pendants and a fairly nice 10K ring with what is probably an Amythest stone in it. It's a lot darker color than most of them are, but I see that they can be several differnt shades, so that's my guress and I'm sticking to it (until someone smarter tells me different). I haven't found a half dollar this year and that has me a little bummed. Season is winding down...just gotta think like a half dollar I guess.

Seems to be the case anyway...thats a very nice count on the dollar coins, MrGee, and of course, the gold ring is a trophy..seems like most foreign coins are in the totlots. nice work there.

This has been kind of an international year for me. I've found coins from England, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Czech, and Mexico and now the Euro. Not much luck in other areas, but internationaly has been interesting.
