Got out for an hour or so this evening and rounded this dibby dab up. This SAC dollar is a 2000 just like the other 29 I have. Don't understand it. They minted these things for seven years. Where are the other dates?

Kinda weird that the most valuable seem to be

Yeah it's really strange. I've heard from other guys that the ones they find are all 2000's. Guess folks hoarded the wrong ones. :)
