We got out for 45 minutes today and another pocket watch :clapping: The toasty IH in the lower right is a 1888.

You were watching out for Indians?

The pocket watch is very cool! Nice work!

Yep, you never know who will sneak up behind you out there in the wilderness.

Good saves. That's two on the pocket watches. They say that three is a charm. Maybe number three will be solid gold.

Nice finds Larry. You are in the 1800's club for the year. Judging by your other finds I guess you could say that Time does Fly by.

Funny you should say that Larry. I have a cellar hole I want to hunt waaaay back in the timber. To get to it you have to thread your way through an old pasture that is so overgrown with multiflora rose that in places you can't see more than a few feet on any side of you. Places like that don't bother me, but what does bother me is that just about a quarter mile further down the valley from the cellar hole there are several trail cameras set up. On these cameras are pictures of a mountain lion. Like you said, you never know who (or what) will sneak up behind you out there in the wilderness. I think that cellar hole will have to wait until our visitor moves on out of the area.

If you want me to come with my pistol and provide security for you Daryl let me know. I charge one large cent or seated silver per hour.

Oh my....... it's just not worth the risk, armed or not.
