Found me some cool toys...

I was at a park that has an older house that the park people use that part of the property for storage and park their equipment in the old garage.
This had to be the original farmhouse from the time this site was a big farm, and I know now that kids played here.
In the front yard around a large old tree I found all these yesterday.
I hunted this area before with my F2 and sniper coil, and also my 7" coil Compadre, but this time I had the Vaq with my big 10X12 DD coil.
Nothing seems to be able to hide from this coil.

I dug up a 1911 Browning designed Cold auto gun from an old Clue game that was in all the American versions of this game from 1949 to 1972 when they changed it to a pepper box gun.

A Tonka toy from 1994.

An Ertl brand Gravity fed corn trailer from the early 90's.

A broken Tootsie toy TeeNee Yellow Boat Trailer which was a representative of an actual company that made trainlers for small boats in the late 50's to early 60's.

A jeep made in the USA by a company called Midge Toy in Rockford Ill. They were good competition for the Tootsie toys and made a little cheaper versions of theirs and did very well.
Never heard of this company but they had an interesting history. http://www.esnarf.com/MTstory.htm
Still has all 4 real rubber wheels attached.

Also one half of another Tootsie toy this one a "Shooting Star" Jet that was made in 1948.
The top half was silver and is still missing so there is a pic of a complete one and also a complete TeeNee trailer below.

I love digging all kinds of things and toys are one of the more interesting ones I love to dig...especially the older ones.
The Tonka, Ertl and Midge toys were 3 brands I never dug before so it was a great day of firsts for me.

This years fleet of metal toys and vehicles is growing at a nice pace, so far.
I will return to this site and see what else is hiding soon.

Very cool finds i was unaware of the pistol change :)

Those are amazing and very great finds! :clapping: You could just see a kid playing with those 60+ years ago under that tree...
