What's it made of and what is the diameter of it? If it's dug, did it come out of the ground in that nice condition or has it been cleaned?

If it's silver, then it is probably a Saudi Arabia One Riyal coin and the date looks like it might be 1954. If it's gold, then it is probably a Saudi Arabia Guinea with a possible date of 1954.
