Found "Good for 5c in trade" Token

I went back to the lot next to my house and worked the front section near the road first. The steps where the walkway was are still there so I hunted that area for about 45 minutes. Lots of trash! but I was able to get this token. It was about 6" down and a solid dime hit on the 250.

I went back to the back portion of the lot where I found the wheat penny a couple weeks ago. There I found some more trash and this toy fire truck. I was quite surprised at how well the rubber tires held up, still very soft and in good shape.

Since my dad showed me where he believed the Garage was that was used for working on cars I figured I'd try there for a bit. It was very trashy. I did find this cool metal disk - some sort of promotion for an Oldsmobile engine.

Looks nearly like the same token I found recently. Actually I thought it was just another dirty washer and was in the process of throwing it out. The wife eyeballed it and snatched it up for further inspection. She showed me my throw away washer later
Looks like the one side is the same and the other side has different numbers. I wonder if I threw away any in the past thinking if any were washers. All dirty washers get a second check from me - lesson learned.

I did a post about that subject some time back. Unless you can positively ID something as junk, don't toss it. I almost tossed a little piece of metal at an old site. It turned out to be a vintage tiger pin that was folded in half.
