CTR=Choose The Right nice rings
I found it in Corvallis, OR. At first I thought that CTR was someones initials, but then someone explained to me that this was a Mormon ring and that CTR stands for "choose the right" which is a Mormon quotation or something. I did a search on "CTR ring" and it took me to a site that sells Mormon jewelry. I found that exact same ring for sale on their website.
