I about forgot the target that was the hardest for me to find today its a small metal button it was 7 inches deep and had a heck of a time finding it . The dime in the picture is for size comparison ... It rang up as a coin and it is metal . ....

" CAR 54 WHERE ARE YOU"
I guess you need to have a little age to remember that...
Good that you got out and made some finds.

Me too Bear.. I started it late too, but I love the thrill of the hunt and just getting some exercise. Love those VDI 86's Car signals. Have quite a collection of them

Love the old button. We've got a collection of cars also. We gave a small bag of them to one of our friends so their grand kids could play with them. Thanks for posting and HH, Nancy

Nice finds Harold. Found a button very similar to that one awhile back. I'd be interested to know if you find out anything about it. Nancy, I did a similar thing with a bag of my better "playing condition" toy cars and trucks recently. I washed them up and donated them to needy children. I kept the older beat-up ones with 2 wheels for my collection. It's all good.

A lost car from a couple of years ago was the first thing the kid wanted me to find when trying out my new machine in the yard : )
