I found several bullets at this site that appeared to be taken from flesh. It is in the town I live in and US Grant commandeered all houses to be used as hospitals during and after the Battle of Shiloh. This looks very close to being a surgeons tool from the research on the web that I have done. Can anyone ID this piece. It is steel. It was coated in a thick rust before I put it in the electrolysis tank.
