well those of you know me from the forum know that i usually don't keep stuff around to long but i decided that all the bells and whistles in detecting is not needed and if you good audio is key and the 1236 has that even got a 5" coil and cover so we'll see what the finds are goingto be now hopefully good

i just sold the high tone i had and prefer 1236x2 just because of the audio just breaking in style sounds where the vaquero would sort of break up rather than be steady, the only way the vaq would smooth out on faint signals is if i turned down the threshold but then would loose depth so just a preference thing and next time around i would prefer the regular tone vaq over the high tone the one thing i will say about the last vaq i had was it was right in love brass and lead, found alot of shells and bullets slugs with it
