Found a used 6000DI Series 3, not sure what's a good price.....Thanks..

That's a good machine. I bought one from Kellyco back in the 80's, and found a ton of good stuff with it. Sold it to a friend back about 12 years ago for 100.00(dang me). The price on those has gone up alot since then. Still see one every now and then at a flea market or pawn shop, but they are getting hard to find.

Between $100-150 is a good price, Any higher might as well get a good used balanced 5900 Di-Pro SL.

I just bought another 6000 Di Series 3 off ebay this one for $78.63 and it included a hard carry case, Got lucky on this one, As stated by the seller it was missing the lower rod stem and that was part of the reason bidders stayed away from this one. Plus, The seller left the letter (i) off DI so bidders may have assumed it was a 6000-D and not the 6000 Di Series 3. This model with carry case should have easily gotten $150 plus, But the two minor errors on the auction kept the auction from going any higher. I'll enclose a pic of my recent 6000 Di Series 3, I've had several in my time and aways seem to go back to them.

Funny thing about the 6000 Di Series 3, it is almost the same as the newer version 5900 Di-Pro SL. Both have manual Ground Balance but the 5900 Di-Pro Sl get's a bit more depth and is better balanced, If you get the 6000 Di Series 3 you'll like it allot. Great for working near metal bars and such, Less masking.
