Any info would be great! I can't find anything online about it... Dates...place...value? Thanks.
Reads: M.E. Fisher, Lakeville IND, good for 5c at the bar.

Hello!

I have emailed the town clerk of Lakeville to see if they can fill in any blanks for you. The story of how that token ended up in Idaho from Indiana has got to be a good one (which we'll probably never know).

Happy hunting!

Thanks a bunch guys!

Omg! I know the town of Lakeville very well. There is a nice historical website. Can't remember the exact address but if you Google history of Lakeville or history of union township Indiana I bet it comes up. I bet the token came from what is now "jacks" bar Google maps will show you its location along us 31. It may have come from the other two original buildings to the town they are currently " hilltop" restuant or working person store both on us 31 as well. Nice find!

Found it! http://www.lakevilleindiana.org/town-history.htm

Thanks indianaman!

Go to Richards token database it will give you a little info on it.

Haven't found anything about it on Richards. But I did see that there was a M.E. FISHER in Minn.

Dr Tones,

I heard back from the Lakeville town clerk. She gave me the name/address of the local "historian" who has pretty much everything there is to know about Lakeville at her disposal. Let me know if you would like for me to PM the info to you so you can snail mail her (sorry she has no email).

Happy hunting!
