Found a silver coin...

It was an amazing 45F and sunny day in the area where I work yesterday but seemed like summer. I was able to get out for 1.5 hours on a plowed field, unfortunately, I was down wind from a freshly sprayed with manure field. My nose is still burning, LOL, how insulting! This field is near a natural spring outside a town that was first mentioned in the archives around 763 AD, the stone monument was erected in 1997 when they worked it so the water would run off like a small stream. Hi Mike, you know I have been noticing here lately they do the same thing in my area, they wait until the last minute to ascend and sometimes it's too late. I took one in the windshield last year but no real damage, but the smell well you know haha! I think that is so neat to find a coin like that and if you had not found it how much longer would it be there? Who knows, glad you are the one to find it! Take care and hope you find some more soon.
