Found a relic today, and I wasn't even relic hunting....silver

Got out for a couple of hours mid-day.

Many people at the beach today...sunning , running, and bathing...unusually warm day for October.

Hunted dry sand, wet sand slope and a little of the "muddy flats" as the tide was receding.

Found a religious medallion ( Our Lady of Fatima) with a religious relic on the back...soil from the Shrine of Fatima, Portugal.

It looked silver, gave off a very high sound but had no marking on it...acid test was + for silver.

I have sold them on fee-bay for a lot more than scrap. Looks like a very old one! Congrats
