Found this digger at Lowes, it's pretty decent for the price. It's not a Lesche but it's not bad!

I sharpened the tip on mine which helps me cut small roots ,you may want to dull the tip on the bag /string cutter
though, because you might do like i did today and slide the tip of finger into it....HURT bad:ranting:

hey i used to have one simular to that had an orange handle and i liked it alot design wise,i think i paid like 25-30 dollars for it, this was about 6-8 yrs ago,and i had the thing snapped within a week to bad i did like it,it didn't have the weed fork though, this will make a great back up digger, cheeper to,thanks for sharing!

Those are pretty nice, if you like short diggers. I tried one and found it lacked leverage, though. I prefer a longer handled trowel.

Yea, thats my primary digger too, if I can't get it done with that, then I have a small D-handle shovel.

These are my tools:

The folding shovel is awesome I took a grinder to it and sharpened the edge to slice through the roots
The Fiskars knife has a LIFETIME warranty.
The 1inch puddy knife i use on the tot lots and schools so I'm not running around with a "knife"
The pin pointer is a nail finder that has been tuned and is really sensitive finds a dime at about in about 2 inches of soil.
The twig that has been whittled (by my son) i use when pinpointing.
