On my way home from work yesterday, I took the back roads & had to use the rest room to put it politely So, I pulled off the road & cars were wizzing by (oops, pardon the pun:), so I went back deeper into some overgrown brush. You can imagine my surprise when I saw an L-shaped colonial cellar hole in the bushes! There were no tell tale stone walls or anything, but it was near a river so maybe a mill house There was tons of trash like cans, etc., on the top & dumped inside, but it's still definately worth a look with the Fisher's. The foundation is sorta hard to see but it's behind that brush I swear It was a typical 1/2 basement cellar & I'm standing inside the home. The stones in the foreground were from a center hearth. So, I marked my territory & I'll be back soon to do a "clean-out".....

Congrats on the find! Takes a trained eye to find that one. Maybe your secret won't leak out. I never woulda thunk that was anything other than a pile o' rocks. Don't you love those "long way homes"?
Now go get 'em!

Yea, it's just a really bad picture. There is an obvious foundation hole behind those bushes. If ya look hard you can see the stones. The flash went off & kinda washed everything out. But that spot has been added to my list of sites for sure.....
Thanks for stopping by Wayne.....HH, Bill

A lot of owners don't even know what they have on their land, then again they might know something.
