Found a lock.

Had a bad day at the beach, but did find another fishing weight and a lock. A man that was collecting clams at the beach, big ones, they are not your average steamers, said it was from a lobster pot! I hardly doubt they lock those do they? This lock is probably high priced and that would mean more $ for the lobsterman. Do they lock the lobster pots? There is no corrosion at all on the lock so I would say it is bra$$. I hope he don't get sick from clam chowda! A few pics also of the Famous Nubble Light house in Cape Neddick Maine. Lobstermen do not lock their pots....no need to.......they just shoot the thieves on site! Also you are subject to arrest by the Coast Guard if you rob a lobster pot. I used to have a lobstering license in Ct.
