Found a lock.

Had a bad day at the beach, but did find another fishing weight and a lock. A man that was collecting clams at the beach, big ones, they are not your average steamers, said it was from a lobster pot! I hardly doubt they lock those do they? This lock is probably high priced and that would mean more $ for the lobsterman. Do they lock the lobster pots? There is no corrosion at all on the lock so I would say it is bra$$. I hope he don't get sick from clam chowda! A few pics also of the Famous Nubble Light house in Cape Neddick Maine. I was bored!
 
Lobstermen do not lock their pots....no need to.......they just shoot the thieves on site! Also you are subject to arrest by the Coast Guard if you rob a lobster pot. I used to have a lobstering license in Ct.
