Found a little gold Bible!

Found this at a local church the other night! Not sure if it's really got any gold in it but it was pretty deep and isn't tarnished much. There are some letters on the edge but I can't make them out.

Congrats on the Little Bible and it might be gold but looks like it says Hong Kong, if so it wouldn't be very old.....otherwise, you will need to check to see if it has a gold karet mark on it somewhere check the loops where it was connected to the pendant and or a chain! Does not look like gold. I can almost make out the words. Take the pic with a little more light.

It is little finds like these that always made me think God put it there as a reminder....well, anyway when I find things like this I smile and thank God for the find...kinda like a rainbow...its not just a rainbow...a little thing likt a Bible charm is more than a Bible charm if you know what I mean.

Congrats on the neat find...also being gold reminds me His Word is more precious than gold too.

Hi Steve; Yes it says HONG KOMG. It's not very old. Maybe1970's. Cover part is Mother of Pearl and letters are either Obsidian or plastc ok.Sold in Novelty type stores.Nice Find. I like it.Best Wishes. PEACE:RONB
