Found a couple of interesting medals

Nothing too exciting, but nice to find these. The first one is a baseball medal of somekind but the only marking is "PDU, taiwan" and 1997. The initials are for a company that sells trophys but I don't see that one listed in their catalog. It was along the street - surprise! next to a ball diamond. The second one is a state outline of Wisconsin, and the only thing on it is "State WACPC compeition\" The initials stand for "Wisconsin Association of Cheer/Pom Coaches" That was by the parking lot at the local high school... I should be able to track down the owner of that one. Other than that, only clad...oh, and a fairly smooth 1944 wheatie. And that's that for the last weekend.

Those types of things are fun to find!

Hey McGree!
I found one just like the one in the first photo except mine
seem to be made of pewter or something. I found it
on a baseball field.

Nice finds.

HH,

Sorry to burst your bubble gopher, but they were found one day apart in different towns. We just have very careless people around here.
