Well done Bradley.

YES. Posting pics in a few minutes. ;)

cool i downloaded your trashy park program just a few minutes ago i will give it a try tomorrow thx for all the info you have gave me on the ctx

Nice finds Brad! What settings were you running with these finds? Was out today for 3 hours, flipping between Silver, Coins, High trash...all i found was clad. But that was a big improvement over my last finds. You seem to have really made great strides in a short amount of time. I think I need to find a new place to hunt too...

thx archimedes what i used that day was the silver program and i used combined with ferrous coin and changed the pitch tones. seems like when you use ferrous coin in combined the ctx does pretty good

Ouch!!!

That's a good argument right there Brad for using a pin pointer to avoid scratches!

'Foreign' coins can turn up quite often in unexpected circumstances.
Reasons can vary, from people passing through the area and realise [their coinage] won't be accepted locally and gets thrown away? This might apply to woodland finds?
Or, it could be children [taking them] from a collection and simply discarding them in a park where they are playing?
Still though, like you said, always nice to find.

Good Hunting

Des D
