If you are using Windows...this is how I do it. Once the pictures are downloaded to your computer by whatever means your camera allows, you can send the ones you want to post to yourself. The E-mail will reduce the picture for optimum size. After getting your mail, right click on the picture to save it in "My pictures". When you make a post, click on Upload Photo and then click on browse and choose My Pictures if needed. Select the pictures you want to post and everything else is pretty automatic.
