That's the detector many people have been waiting for.---When will it be available (delivered to customers)?

Great that you're including both the 5" and 10’’x 5.5’’ coils!

Question - is the 5" actually a 5'' x 4.5'' (13 cm x 12 cm) OOR coil like is on the Racer?

Also when is the Makro Gold machine coming out, or is that still on the release list?

Thanks!
Brian

Thank you! Yes we are including both coils because this is what the customers want. Actually, the 5'' is not a OOR, it is a round one.
The Gold Racer is coming along. We did not set the launch date yet but I would say not too far out.

The product is just announced to dealers as well so based on the order the pre-orders are received, we will start shipping to dealers around the 3rd-4th week of October.

Will there be a concentric coil available for the Makro Racer?

Currently no concentric coil is in the works for the Racer but there will be one available for the Gold Racer.
However, if there is a significant demand for it, it can definitely be discussed with the team.

Are the coils for the GOLD interchangeable with the CORE detectors?

WOW! Announcements and pending future release announcements, Trade Show photos of some exciting times ahead for the Nokta/Makro Detector group!

I have been a little sidelined for a few weeks with cleaning and packing as I have looked for a new place to live. The brand new apartment I moved into just two years ago last month was very affordable for this old disabled guy, and in a nice and quiet North Eastern Oregon town. Just too far to go to church, to go shop, to go hunting, and worst of all quite a drive to get to plenty of older sites to detect!!

Rent/housing and cost of living is much more expensive in the Portland, Oregon area (where I have lived most of my life) and near the Ogden/Salt Lake City, Utah area (where I am from), so I located a place to move in far Eastern Oregon where I am close to old sites in Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and a much shorter drive to those in Utah. :detecting: Forum activity had been kind of quiet for a while and packing to get moved has kept me away from frequent Forum monitoring.

Then while trying to drive this way, 'supervise' as my oldest son and daughter-in-law helped (most of it) to unload the truck, I start getting phone calls asking what my thoughts are on the soon to be introduced Nokta Impact and now the being released FORS Gold +, it feels like I am a little behind the time. I say a little behind because I am comparing it with how far behind many of the long-known detector manufactures seem to be!

Not a lot happening, at least that is of any noteworthy interest yet, and I think ALL OF THEM ought to take note of how Nokta Detectors, as well mas the sister company Makro Detectors via Dilek's company input, has followed their product introductions, listened to consumer comments and suggestions, very quickly addressed any and all production issues that have popped up, and continued to openly respond on the Forums to consumers and to also announce progress in product design, and pending product release.

There are some very good detector makers out there, such as Fisher, Garrett, Teknetics, Tesoro, White's and others, but it doesn't take much to check online and see the facility this company has, to read and follow their design and production logic, and monitor how they are most interested in us, the consumers, as they engineer some excellent-performing detectors.. I am now living here in Vale, Oregon and I'm much closer to gold producing areas, ghost towns and other early era activity sites, and look forward to getting my hands on the new models to put to work in-the-field.

Let's all remember to give a 'Thank You' to the detector engineering, production and marketing folks in Turkey who are giving consumers what they want and need.

Monte

Now, back to unpacking :sadwalk: ... then I can then get out detecting.
