Fors Core hand grip screen problem

Hello,

All of a sudden my Nokta Fors Core is having a couple issues. The screen on the hand grip will either show jumbled characters or show no numbers at all. Also the machine will get stuck in ground grab mode after I release the button for about 30 seconds. Anybody experience this? I guess I'll need to send it in.

Maybe not 30 seconds but it's supposed to for about 5 or so. Now if you balance over metal, any metal it will throw it for a loop for maybe a minute for it to catch up. The jumbled numbers aren't numbers flashng real quick as you scan is it? Take a pic or a very short video for us to see of it doing it.

No the jumbled numbers are just pieces of the number which don't make any sense and has never happened before, plus sometimes it will not show any numbers no matter how close or far a target is. I know the 5 second delay you speak of but this is different, it takes a good 30 seconds and it is stuck in all metal mode.
