I visited a buddy this weekend who sells detectors. I bought some Ratphones and had the pleasure of trying out the new Fisher. Is a lot like the T2 in design and has nice tone I.D. like the DFX. It is light and has a really comfortable arm guard. We were inside so it was a bit chattery, but looks like it has great depth on low and high conduct. targets, judging from the air test. It was also cool to see just how much more depth the headphones on the X5 seemed to give. My first hunt was in the woods without phones and I still dug brass at 15". Can't wait to get out again and see the full potential!
