[attachment 41913 RIMG0271.JPG][attachment 41914 RIMG0275.JPG]Went to the neighbouring town of Parks today (130kms away) to take my son to an appointment. Packed the Ace and got 1 and a half hours detecting time in.Picked up over $13 as well as another foreign coin.
It is a Kiwi 10 cent piece. In fact most of the foreign coins have been Kiwi. It might have something to do with the fact that 11% of all New Zelanders live in our country and that when they pass off their money as ours, they get an increase in the value in the order of 10%. Cheeky sods! They even have the cheek to poke their collective tongues at us! Look closely on the ten cent piece to see what I mean.
The first photo is of everything that I dug up today.
The second shot is of all the foreign coins that I have uncovered in the last 2 weeks. The US one cent is a stand in as I can't find the one that I found the other day.
