Foreign coin,

Oh by the way ,I found this a few weeks ago. I scraped it with digger under where the ten is ,,and where I think that is the date. (not making it any easier to read),

I've seen these a few time. I work for a Korean Company and have visited Asia some. It is Japanese (way to go dahut!). It is a 10 yen coin fairly new. Before 1959 the edges were serrated (I looked that up on the net.) That's Phoenix Hall on the back. Sorry, I don't know the Japanese number system. Can't tell the exact date.
