This is Wildcat Springs here in town. It was est. sometime in the 1880's The park is roughly 80 acres in size. Included in the price is water, dump station, and electric. Plenty of places to detect here.

That looks interesting.......... home base for a geode and detecting weekend? When does the campground open for the year, do you know Robbie?

Larry, It's already opened for the year. With the warm weather they opened early. They have been mowing for 3 weeks now. The park is mostly Shell Bark Hickory and Oaks. The creek that runs through the property has geodes in it. They are fair game. You find them you keep them.

Here is a couple of pics looking down into the bottoms. I am standing at the other end of the campgrounds in my first post. And yes, We do have a pool. Just walk across from the campgrounds. This is a small town but they are very proud of there parks. Enjoy

Oh yeah.......sounds very interesting! Thanks Robbie. HH, Nancy

I had to come back and look at the pictures at the campsite. It looks like a nice place to stay a while. Thanks Robbie. HH, Nancy

I forgot to mention that in my first pic there are concrete slabs to park your campers on. Firewood is also included in the price.

Robbie, It's sounding better and better! Thanks, Nancy
