The guy found a huge amount of gold with his detector in July I think, they say it will change the historical view of early England, a great story.:detecting:
 
I just love that it was found with a 10+ year old metal detector bought at a garage sale for a few dollars. Location, location, location !:rage:

With chunks of gold that big..Its doesnt take much to detect them lol..For the small items the rest of us have to find we need the good machines :) They are 2 very happy Guys, Terry and the Land owner.There are a few vids on Youtube showing some News clips of the Find.Hope one of you guys find the Next Big Hoard!
