How does the Equinox react to our favorite friend - aluminum? I'm talking about the smashed foil balls and gum wrapper type stuff at depth....I realize it's a vague question but my HF coil really likes the stuff!

There are several old parks nearby that have given up all kinds of deep coins and jewelry in the 2-plus years I've lived here, and now it's time to see what's still there....surely many more masked coins remain! Have been itching to try some new tech at some of the more difficult and cluttered areas - I'm 100% sure there are more coins, just a little deeper and/or iron masked.

I also have a mining claim not far away that's been giving up some strange hematite crystals along with several nice smoky quartz pieces...scanned that place with the HF Deus coil in 54kHz and didn't get a peep, nothing....anyway, point is that the Equinox would be useful in that setting as well - not sure if gold would occur with the hematite but that's why it should be scanned!

I'm also wondering how well it identifies aluminum, particularly in the upper coin range. It seems like most fast, mid to higher frequency machines fall flat in that area. Even the Deus running in one of the lower kHz tends to up-average too much modern trash into the copper/silver range. If I could get near-Deus speed from the Equinox with an ID ability approaching the fbs units, it could replace at least one of my machines.
