Foamed - in.

Went back to my local beach, but as you can see there was a lot of sea foam on the beach.

I purchased a new Equinox 600 three weeks ago and now I'm working on getting to know the detector. Especially the sounds are something I have to get used to.

Still think the sounds of the Equinox are a little but iffy sometimes when I compare it with the clear sounds of my Excalibur. One other thing a noticed are the VDI numbers jumping around sometimes. 20 in the hole and 14 out of the hole is something I have to get used to.

And the Equinox really loves small peaces of copper, extremely small pieces that are sometimes very hard to find in the sand.

Did manage to find 3 pieces of bling and several coins.

You did well especially considering you had to dug through a foot of foam... I haven’t gotten to use my nox at saltwater beach too much yet..I really like the smoothness and warm tones of the Excal over the nox but the nox can separate targets so much better the the Excal... you are right about the nox hitting small stuff, I find shotgun BBs a lot in the lake I hunt.. the corrosion on coins can also distort your target ID numbers..
