fly cadet pins?

i found a fly cadet pin. dont know how old it is or what it is. it looks like mini piolet wings and has a shield that says richfield something on it. any help on this would be great thanx.

hi dobbie, it looks like an old flyer cadet pin that's also an advertisement for richfield high octane fuel. you must be near an old airfield. i'm not 100% sure though. it's a very neat find, and thanks. is it brass? hh,

The part you have blacked out should say Jimmy Allen across it, its a advertising token from teh 30;s
