I've seen this term used on forum and have of seen it many times on my Explorer xs . Could some one explain in more detail about the flutter ? I am sort of new to forum.

You might read the entire sticky post at the top of this page it includes many helpful tips and information including cursor bounce (and the for mentioned link).
Tons of great information stored away here in the archives (about 15 years worth) all you have to do is search.
 
Thank you for the info it was a great help. I've been using a explorer for over 15 years. It shows you never stop lesrning if you have open mind. You taught this old,old dog a new trick.

15 years with the same machine is a testament to your perseverance. Though I have a CTX I also have an Explorer2,which I absolutely love(note...I still own it!) I've only owned the EX2 for a little over a year and realize that to actually be able to use all of its capabilities I have MANY years to go. I hope to have it and enjoy it for as long as you have.
Good luck utilizing the bounce info. What great machines....
