Flowers in bloom

We have a bush in the backyard, no clue what it is, that is actually starting to bloom beautiful pink flowers. It doesn't usually bloom till late March or April. I also saw a dandelion in bloom and we have hundreds of other flowers sprouting, can't remember what they are called. The spring like weather here has all the plants messed up.
 
It has been spring all winter so far! :) We just don't have the flowers yet! Thanks for the beautiful pic! :) I did see several flowers ready to pop when I was in TN.
