This flower was growing on a cliff side and was taken with a super oseck manual focus lens from the early eighties.It's a 135mm lens with macro focusing......not true macro but still allows you to get fairly close to your subject.The colours of the flower are as it was shot......no editing at all.These old lenses are just as capable as new ones and can be purchased at a fraction of the price......well worth a look.
 
you are enjoying using old vintage lenses. As you know, if used properly, they can produce amazing pictures. I like this flower picture! Kelley (Texas) :)

Hi Mason......i have'nt got a clue what the flower is,i really should find out.They were growing on a cliffside by the side of a stone wall in large numbers.I would say that originally a seed was dropped there by a bird and they have had good conditions to thrive.....lots of sun and relatively mild tempratures,even in winter time.
 
Vibrant color for sure. What is the approximate measurement of these flowers? I too would love to know what they are. Thanks!
