Florida's County Park/Beach Access Parking

So I was strolling down the Gulf coast of Fla. via Google Earth, noting all the parking/access area to the beaches from Indian Rocks south and noticed a couple of County Parks. Are these OFF LIMITS to us Pirates??
Any info would be appreciated Thanks.

Its been awhile since I've been down there, the only difference at the parks there are parking meters and rest rooms. None of them are off limits along that stretch of road.
