First of all! I have to thank a very pleasant and graious and accommadating local hunter. Without him we would have been sucking wind. I think we went to six beaches. Everyone as nice as the last one. I got in the water and didn't want to come out. [attachment 207611 011a.jpg] My first find I fanned a layer of sand over rocks. Look what showed up a14K white gold. [attachment 207613 046a.jpg] A closeup! [attachment 207614 044a.jpg] Not far from this one I fanned this Platnum just laying under a blanket of sand.. My first in many years. This is a sweet one. 30 to 45 lbs does sound like alot. I bet you don't move at all ! Your pics have me wanting to get back into snorkling. Good Times !

I had just as much fun as you did. I hope you return soon. Wish I could have found some goodies with you also, but Ben and I seemed to be all the trash out of your way so you could dig the good stuff. I enjoyed your stories about your movie star days also. To all you other hunters out there, watch out for Sonnyfl! He is a heavyweight in this game and stays out ALL DAY LONG. On another note, I flew out the day after you guys left and low and behold I got a call today from my buddy Shawn over there with the Yacht I was trying to work on.....Well, I got the job! So I will be heading back very very soon. That makes Petula very happy as well. Glad you and Ben had a good time! And glad you found some goodies also. Next time back we will have to take the boat out to Stingray City.
