Fisher service ??????

Have called Fisher 4 times within the past week...secretary transferred me to a couple different voice mails...Left several messages concerning a coil that need's to be fixed...I haven't gotten either person to call me back....This is not the first time I have experienced this from them..And wondering why?
 
My experience's with Fisher have been nothing but stellar of recent, both in repair and sales.:shrug:
 
Maybe the holidays have altered schedules a little. Seriously Fisher has always done excellent service for me !...

Don't worry.
They have a fantastic service department.
They'll do you right.
 
Give them a call after the holidays as understand service has really improved and imagine your next post will be a positive one...
 
My guess would with the holidays there was probably a lot of people off,vacation days ect...
 
This is typical, when ever I have tried to call them for service. Honestly their service has been nothing but horrible for me. Probably the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. This was several months ago. Not during any holiday season. I called 4 different times (days) and never got anywhere. I was told I would be sent a shipping label to return a defective product. Never showed up. Called again was told it would be emailed to me in a few minutes. Nothing again. Called back again was told the person I needed to talk to was not in. Left several voice mails. Called again was told by the same person that told me they would send me a shipping label that they didnt do that.... I gave up.............Good luck.......Your probably going to need it.
