General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I had a good experience with Fisher Labs warranty work. They received my F75 LTD on a Friday. I had it back the following Friday with my issue repaired. Pretty fast turn around.

Yep, the couple of times I have needed them, they got the problem fixed and back within a weeks time. HH jim tn
 
They did me VERY well two different times.
(1) An out of warranty Omega was a fast turn around, an I'll say it like this, the price could NOT have been beat!!
(2) My F70, when I bought I was told that the screen decal had started to peel lose a little, so I bought it, told the seller to send to Fisher, put a note in with it stating the problem and my information as the buyer and me as a contact for repair. They contacted me with a total cost, I authorized it and paid them, they forwarded the detector on to me, the seller told me when I bought the detector he would pay half the repair cost, I sent that cost to him (minus the return shipping to me) and he paid half of the actual repair cost.

I guess my LCD developed a leak. A little scribble of a black line showed up on the left hand side over the DISCRIM word and ran a little ways down. I don't know any technical jargon for the condition so I just called it a leaky LCD. Didn't interfere with anything but I didn't like looking at it. Fisher replaced the LCD for me under warranty and I'm good to go again.

Very pleased.
