Fisher repaired my Edge...................

earlier I had posted that I purchased an ID Edge as a backup for my C$ and for my son or wife to use when they wanted to tag along - when I used the Edge, it just didn't seem right to me, especially the volume and the (4) tones - well, I decided to send it to Fisher Repair for their opinion or they could send it back and say it was all in my head - just got it back yesterday and it had a "faulty keypad" that led to factory presets not responding and volume could not be adjusted - they replaced the LCD PCB Assembly/Keypad. Good service, but took a little longer than I thought. (Special Note): If it wasn't for all my experience with other detectors and especially my beloved CS, the average person would of just assumed the detector was operating normal. HH - Hawkeye Jim.
