Fisher gold bug.....

Why wont fisher return my messages? I think they should refund my money back. My detector is only a few weeks old. I think its a wimp out in the field.. Its not that I didnt' find any gold, but its just overal ability to not GB with the sencitivity up so it can hit small targets... Im telling you In order to find gold its going to have to be a .5 of an oz to get detected or it will be missed..

contact Fisher directly. No one can help you with those problems. If you can't ground balance with your sensitivity all the way up, that doesn't sound like a detector problem as much as it sounds like a operator error. No disrespect meant, but there is ground that one just can't ground balance on at full gain. It's a fact of life, VLF detectors don't excel in real poor ground. You can't driver your car at full throttle, same with the detector being operated at such.

In my mild ground I can GB at full sensitivity, and grab a 5 grain piece at 4".

On the money back thing, you should be taking that up with your selling dealer.

Thank you Bill... Mike scott said you could help.. This is what I mean. Shoot This thing hits nails, foil, a soda tab, wire, and anything else, but when I put my gold in the same spot forget it.... The soda top is less weight than my little nugget, and its not even close on the readings.... Like i said i found the soda top at like four inches in white sand, and the nugget would barley read with the detector... Not only that bill but the video i posted a few weeks ago with the small picker, the little nugget will get about the same depth and no more.... I d figure with a bigger peice a deeper sound.. thats all im saying plus with all the hastles and stuff, maybe other people are seeing what I missed..But im seeing it now.
