Fisher F75 LTD or Whites MXT PRO ?????

I am looking at these two detectors to buy for a good all around detector. They both from what I have read are both excellent. Looking for feedback on opinions on these two units. One cost more than the other but I am not looking at cost but performance of the two detectors. They both seem to have good following and seem to be popular. Warranty on whites 2 years and Fisher 5 years. If you had to choose between these two detectors which would you go with and why? Thanks and all responces appreciated.

Watch some Youtube videos and see if you like tones and the way they function.
That will give you some idea if your going to even like what you buy.
Both are excellent and capable machines, just a matter of choice and if you actually mesh with the one you choose.
What everyone else likes may not be what you like.
Take your pick, you always have the option to sell or trade if you don't like your choice.
You may not like either one. Then you have entered the path like everyone else, looking for the ideal machine.

There's no comparison in terms of ergonomics. The 75 is head and shoulders above the MXT.

From a resale stand point I'm not sure if you can pay extra for a transferable warranty on the 75 or not. That transferable warranty may only be with the updated ones.

If you're leaning toward the MXT , you might wait to see what the new MX Sport is going to be like as it looks like it would be more fun to swing than the box.

The 75 ltd will run for 30 to 40 hours on a 4 AAs, the MXT uses twice as many to go ~30.

Good choice.
Fishers pay for themselves pretty quickly in clad and in my case jewelry.
As far as payback in fun and jaw dropping surprises...that never seems to end.
