Fisher F70, Service etc...

Well my F70 is on its way to Fisher for the update and have to say Bobbi at Fisher was super helping me rel sending it in...I do have a personal friend that says his was a different unit when it returned so perhaps that played a part in acculmating to this new unit and hope its a quick turnaround..as I feel an F70 indeed has good attributes and many are doing well with them.
 
when I sent my F70 in for the software upgrade. It took 18 days to get it back and they scratched the plastic faceplate from improper packing. I sent photos of the box to Bobbie and she didn't have the courtesy to respond to my e-mail. Thanks to Mike Scott for stepping in and resolving the situation.

First Texas has a long way to go before the word "service" applies to them.
