Even though there is a problem with the F5 I am still using it until I ship it to east texas for repair on Monday.
My house was buit in 1916 and was owned the the Vice President of the campany that built railroad cars in east rochester.
They built pullman etc etc.I know before that time they told me this area was a farm and sometimes they had a couple of fairs.
on the properties here.today I was practicing in my yard and I got a beep that was around 6" but said dime.
I found it to be a 2" round concession stand license.saying it expired july 1936.It was blue and rusted but it can be cleaned I think.
I will post a pic later.

Nice find....you sure you need to send it in?

Try mono tone and a low sens and maybe a threshold of + 3-5 you need to look at unmasking and see what the F5 can do it is real fast with the standard coil I think the 11DD will turn it into a new machine..But play with mono tone and look for the stuff you may have missed

let us know what they say is wrong with it-I got a F5 and it does take a little time to learn --but if somethings wrong with it- if your sending it to east texas detector repair they can fix it-I purchased stuff from them before .think the owners name is Kieth

Took the F5 out in the morning without headphones and found these.
1927 wheatie and a 43 jefferson .
Then I packed it up and shipped it out monday morning.
I am getting signals all over the yard but I don't dig most of them yet.
A lot of them are iron i think.
I will have to wait until it comes back. there were two wheaties and a canadian.
Think I will try and make one of those electrolysis setups.
I have a good variac-hope I don't electrocute myself.I have to at least wait until I get my F5 back and go to the beach.
Goodluck to all uf us.

You should dig some of the Iron it could be masking from iron and changing a good taget and making it hit like iron...this is what I do when relic hunting but for yards and schools I will pass iron hits less the park is old.
