Already posted in Fisher Forum, but thought that it may be of use to some other models.
I took the 4" coil and attached it to a wooden dowel 1" thick. Added brackets and velcro straps to keep the cord in place. The idea is to have the small coil always at the ready for quick foundation checks, fence lines, or pinponting in any tough area. The fuss and muss is kept to a minimum by just having to unplug your primary coil and plugging in the auxillary. I am currently looking into finding a toggle that will enable me to have both coils plugged in and just select the one I want. No one detects where I am from and buying parts is next to impossible. Anyway take a look and see what you think.
