Fisher F2 -- possibly a great back-up detector?

My Teknetics Omega 8000 was sent in last week for repair, and I have been kicking myself for not having a back-up detector. So many lost opportunities in the past week, so yesterday I ordered a Fisher F2 with 4" & 8" coils. From all of the great reviews of this MD, I can't believe it set me back a whopping $215! I think I will like the 4" coil as the 5" Tek coil is my favorite on the Omega 8000. One more important fact....I bought new from an authorized dealer. I wish I would have done the same when I bought the Omega (I bought it used) because now I have to pay to have it repaired. Happy hunting from Okinawa Japan.
 
you will like the f2 its very easy to set up and use and they are so light let us know how you do with it good luck hh
